Director – RE valuations

  • Miha Erbežnik joined the KF Finance group in 2012 and is currently the manager for Real Estate valuations.
  • In the last two years, he was in charge of several large real estate valuation projects, appraising real estate assets from companies like Triglav Group (Insurance and Finance), Intereuropa Group (Logistic and Service), Perutnina Ptuj (Poultry Industry), Kolektor Group (Manufacturing Industry) and others. Miha also participated in valuations of several NPL portfolios with a total collateral market value of over 100M €.
  • Miha is a Certified Real-estate Appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors and holds a degree from the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering at the University of Ljubljana.
