Partner – M&A and valuations

  • David started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where he worked as a consultant. He worked on auditing of financial institutions and was responsible for field audit.
  • He joined KF FINANCE in 2012 and in 2021 became a partner for M&A and valuation services.
  • He has a bachelor degree from Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. He performed part of his education at the renowned university in Lille in France.
  • Recently, he is mainly responsible for merger and acquisition projects and valuations of companies across Slovenia.
