The introduction of new digital products and broadening of the scope of advisory services in the area of renewables.
2020
In 2020, the number of employees in the KF Finance Group passes the milestone of 150.
2019
In 2019, we completed some excellent projects in partnership with the European Investment Bank.
2018
Registrator, the leading accounting company, becomes a new partner of the KF Finance Group, and the latter becomes its major shareholder.
2017
Establishment of the Alternative Investment Fund ALFI, focused on companies with over-indebtedness issues, and restructuring in new investment opportunities in the region.
2016
In 2016, we entered the NPL services segment, becoming the first company in Slovenia to open investment opportunities with nonperforming loans.
2016
KF Finance acquires the Pro Kolekt Group, thereby entering a new business segment (debt collection) and broadening its presence in the region to all the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Romania and Bulgaria.
2015
KF Finance extends its operations to Croatia and Serbia, also providing financial consulting services to customers from the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
2014
In 2014, the company is awarded a Corporate LiveWire “Business Valuation Company of the Year” award.
2011
KF Finance receives its first regional M&A award of the Acquisition International.
2009
KF Finance is founded in Ljubljana by partners Bojan Kunovar and Matjaž Filipič.
