The sale process of Gorenje Gostinstvo successfully completed

KF Finance successfully completed the sale process of a 100% ownership stake in Gorenje Gostinstvo to Sovita, acting as the exclusive financial advisor.

Gorenje Gostinstvo is considered one of the leading providers of catering services in Slovenia, preparing up to 7 ths meals per day. Its service portfolio includes food and beverage service in several open restaurants, as well as meal preparation for institutional clients. Additionally, the company is active in the hospitality sector as the owner and operator of the four-star Hotel Paka.

Sovita, formerly the Slovenian branch of the international company Sodexo, is the largest provider of meals for institutional clients in Slovenia, preparing up to 40 ths meals daily and employing around 600 people. With the acquisition of Gorenje Gostinstvo, Sovita has further strengthened its market position in the catering industry and expanded its operations into the hospitality sector.
