Saubermacher AG is a family-owned company founded in 1979 in Austria. The company primarily operates in the field of waste collection and processing and is active in 8 European countries, where, with around 3,800 employees, it generates 500 mEUR in revenues.

Roto Trans Eko, d.o.o. is a family-owned company with a long-standing history, headquartered in Zagreb. The company is a market leader in Croatia in the collection and recycling of food waste. Its customers range from international food corporations to numerous small and medium-sized enterprises across various locations throughout Croatia.

With the acquisition of Roto Trans Eko, Saubermacher is expanding its range of services in Croatia, strengthening its position in the field of biowaste recycling.
