Partner and managing director of KF Finance Croatia

  • Ivan joined the KF FINANCE team in 2014 as a partner for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • In the years 2012-2014, he was a member of the Management Board of Croatia Osiguranje d.d., responsible for finance and internal support of the company's privatization process. Prior to that, he was the director of financial consulting and real estate projects at Deloitte Central Europe in Zagreb for 8 years, with an emphasis on consulting in M&A projects. He also gained experience in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt and Erste Bank Group, Vienna.
  • Over the past few years, he led numerous M&A projects and financial restructurings.
  • Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Econometrics from University of Vienna.
