  • Marjeta has more than a decade of experience in valuations in financial sector.
  • She holds a Master‘s degree from Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana and is a Certified Business appraiser at Slovenian Institute of Auditing.
  • In period 2008 - 2010, she started her professional career in consulting company as an analyst, where she participated in the preparation of opinions for the court in the fields of economics and finance. She also participated in auditing projects and business valuations.
  • In 2010 she joined KF Finance team and became a partner in 2022. She is specialized primarily in valuations and due diligence projects. She participated and led a number of complex valuation and due diligence projects of major Slovenian and foreign companies. She also prepared IBRs for banks and actively participated in financial restructuring processes.
  • Marjeta is also an independent member of the board of directors in one of the subsidiaries of the Triglav insurance company.
