Urška joined KF FINANCE in 2016 as Head of Legal Advisory. Prior to that she worked for 10 years at KPMG as manager for legal affairs and after that as assistant director of National Institute of Chemistry in charge of general and legal affairs.

She graduated cum laude at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law in 2002 and in 2009 after completing an internship at the court, she passed the national bar exam.

Urška has more than 20 years of work experience in the field of commercial law. She is responsible for various sales/purchase agreements, such as purchase and sales of business shares in companies, status transformation of companies (merger/ spin-off projects), complex real estate projects, due diligence and others. At KF FINANCE she led, among other projects, the due diligence project of a large portfolio of retail stores as part of a major monetization attempt (deal value planned at 100 mio EUR).
