Successfully closed sale of rent-a-car company Nova Gratia and car dealership Auto Dalmacija

KF Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the management and owners of Nova Gratia and Auto Dalmacija in their 100% sale to Sicily by Car.

Sicily by Car, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, was established in 1963 by Tommaso Dragotto. It is recognized as one of the leading operators in the short-term leisure car rentals, competing with global players through exceptional quality of service, large fleet size, and a strong geographical presence. The company operates over 50 rental offices across Italy, including national and international airports and major tourist cities. Its fleet consists of approximately 13,000 vehicles.

NOVA Rent a Car Croatia holds one of the leading positions in the Croatian car rental market. With a widespread presence throughout the territory, Nova features premium locations at airports and city centres. Among other recognitions, NOVA was awarded as the leading car rental company in Croatia by World Travel Awards for the last three years. Also, the company has secured multi-year partnerships with major car dealerships and leasing companies, national travel agencies, and global brokers.

Auto Dalmacija is an authorized KIA dealer for the Split area and Dalmatia. In addition to selling new KIA vehicles, the company offers repair, maintenance, assistance, and consultancy services, as well as the sale of used vehicles.

Through the acquisition of two Croatian companies, the rent-a-car company Nova Gratia and the car dealership Auto Dalmacija, the Italian car rental company Sicily by Car has made a significant strategic move. This transaction boosts Sicily by Car's international expansion across Europe and strengthens its presence in high-value markets for both leisure rentals and B2B services.
