The sale process of FUDŠ successfully completed

KF Finance has successfully completed the sale of the FUDŠ institute to AZ DEOS, acting as exclusive financial advisor.

The Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Nova Gorica (FUDŠ) is an independent higher education institution established in 2006. Today, with approximately 1,000 enrolled students, FUDŠ is considered one of the largest private educational institutions in Slovenia. The faculty provides education in three Slovenian cities – Nova Gorica, Ljubljana, and Novo Mesto – offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral study programs.

AZ is one of the largest private education service providers in Slovenia and is also engaged in offering services for the elderly, including residential care, home assistance, elder care, and related services.
